Real Journeys, a 65-year-old, family owned tourism business offered the ideal opportunity. Strong on values I was able to quickly align and leverage skills and experience of my senior management roles at NZSki and Magic Memories to help improve culture and performance by using leadership and change management to support acquisitions, merger and decent growth. Today Real Journeys is part of the Wayfare Group for which I performed the role of Executive Director which was a combination of HR Director and Sales Director responsibilities. The group of businesses included, Wayfare, Real Journeys, Cardrona Alpine Resort, Go Orange and the International Antarctic Centre.
