I have continued to role model myself as a life learner and last year completed my MBA. My project was a merger of three companies, Queenstown Rafting, Kiwi Discovery and Go Orange and I project managed, appointed a new General Manager and became a Director as part of my development. While a Director the company one recognition through the Deloitte Fast 500, acquired a jet boat and water taxi business and acquired a lot of new assets to enhance the reputation and customer experience.
I also supported the merger of Queenstown Family Centre and Jigsaw Domestic Violence companies into Central Lakes Family Centre as a board member. I added value through guidance with branding, fundraising, reducing costs and staff remuneration.
I love contributing on a national stage towards diversity and inclusion. I am currently a New Zealand judge for the New Zealand Diversity Awards having gained recognition for twice leading companies to the ultimate supreme award with NZSki and Real Journeys. I consider myself as an advocate and champion for diversity of thought and inclusion.
